About the course
Anti-social behaviour can have a significant and lasting impact on victims, yet many practitioners tell us they lack confidence in selecting the right intervention, managing complex cases or navigating the range of ASB tools and powers available. This practical, victim-centred course has been designed to help you build the knowledge and confidence needed to respond effectively to anti-social behaviour. You'll learn how to recognise harm and support victims, work effectively with partners and select the most appropriate interventions to achieve lasting outcomes. Combining real victim perspectives, practical scenarios and the latest legislative developments, this course goes beyond simply explaining the law. It focuses on how to apply best practice in real-world situations and keep victims at the heart of decision-making. Whether you're new to ASB or looking to refresh your knowledge, you'll leave with practical skills and insights that you can apply immediately in your role.

Meet your course creators
This course has been developed by us here at ASB Help, a team of anti-social behaviour specialists with decades of combined experience across policing, community safety, housing, victim support and policy development. Since 2013, we have worked with thousands of victims, practitioners and organisations across the UK, helping to improve responses to anti-social behaviour and championing victim-centred practice. Our expertise extends beyond frontline practice. We sit on the Victims' Commissioner Advisory Board, contribute to the Government's ASB Strategic Board, and work closely with the Home Office to help shape national policy around anti-social behaviour. By combining strategic influence, frontline experience and real victim insight, we have created a course that delivers practical, evidence-based learning designed to help practitioners achieve better outcomes for victims and communities.
